Your account may be banned if you:

🚫 Engaged in fraudulent, harassing, threatening, or abusive behaviour.
🚫 Tried to bypass a previous ban by using a new device, account, or modified credentials.
If your account is banned, you will receive an immediate notification letting you know about this. If you believe your account was banned by mistake, follow these steps to request a review:
- Open your dua.com app.
- Tap "Submit a Ticket".
- Your Account & Device ID will be automatically attached—do not delete it. (We need this information to review your ban.)
- Explain why you believe your account was mistakenly blocked.
- Enter our support email: support@dua.com.
- Click "Send."
Once you submit your request, our support team will review it and respond as soon as possible.
