- Create too many accounts

After downloading dua.com, you can begin with the login process. Sign in using one of the following options:
1. Continue with Apple ID:
- Tap "Continue with Apple ID"
- Tap "Continue" again to confirm
- Allow your device to recognise you by your Face ID or tap your passcode
2. Continue with Facebook:
- Tap "Continue with Facebook"
- Click "Continue" again to confirm
- To connect to dua.com, first log in to your Facebook account
3. Continue with Google:
- Tap "Continue with Google"
- To allow dua.com to use your Google account, click "Continue" again
- This will direct you to your Google account/s
Choose the account you want to register with, and you're all set. You can now proceed to create your profile

Changing your phone number in your profile is simple. Please follow the steps below:
- Open your dua.com profile
- Go to "Settings"
- Go to "Account Settings"
- Click "Change Login Information"
- Type your password
- Type the new phone number, and wait for the confirmation code on your old number
- Write the code
Your login information has been changed successfully.
Note: To change your "Login information", you must verify your profile using the old phone number you registered with. You cannot use this option without an Apple ID or Facebook Account.

- Click "Verify your profile"
- Choose "Phone/Email verification"

- Log in to your dua.com profile

- Click on "Manage Subscription"
- Click on "Go to Stripe"
- Tap on "Cancel Plan" and
- To complete the cancellation process, please click "Cancel Plan" again.

If someone has created a dua.com profile and is pretending to be you, please complete the form below.
In the description, include the following information:
- A selfie of yours made with the "OK" gesture
- Exact name and age of the user impersonating you
Please attach a screenshot of the profile showing the name/age, if applicable. The more details you can provide, the quicker we can identify and investigate this profile.
Note: We ask for your understanding in requesting a selfie of yours, which is solely for the safety of our users. We will remove the picture immediately after discovering the user is impersonating you and that this request has not been created to close somebody else’s account.
To download your data, follow the instructions below:
- Open your dua.com profile
- Go to "Settings"
- Click on "Accounts Settings"
- Scroll down and click on "Download Data"
- Click "Download my data"
- Click "Request data"
Note: The process might take a few minutes. Be Patient! If you've deleted your dua.com account, you will not be able to access your data, as you no longer have an account and no data is saved
You can report a profile that does not seem appropriate on dua.com during the liking process or after you have matched.
To report a profile, follow the instructions below:
- Click on the name of the person you want to report
- Click on the three dots you see on the right side of the screen
- Tap "Report"
- After clicking "Report", you will see a list of options for why you are reporting that profile
- Choose your reason (e.g., fake profile / fake photo)
- Select "Other" if your reason is not listed, and provice us with a more detailed explanation
- Finally, click "Submit"
Note: By reporting, you authorise us to review all relevant information, including exchanged messages, profile information, etc. We will only review sufficient information to take appropriate action. Your report and identity will remain confidential.
