If you’ve forgotten your password or want to set a new one, follow these simple steps to reset it:
Open the dua.com app and select “Log in.”
Choose “Email” as your login method.
Click on “Forgot Password.”
Enter your email address and press “Continue.”
Set a new password and confirm it.
Check your email for a 6-digit verification code sent by dua.com.
Enter the verification code in the app and click “Continue.” If you don’t receive the verification email, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
Your password has now been successfully reset, and you’ll be directed to your account.
Note:
These instructions apply only if you registered using your email address or phone number. If you signed up with Apple, Google, or Facebook, you’ll need to change your password directly through the corresponding provider, not on dua.com.
