If you’ve forgotten your password or want to set a new one, follow these simple steps to reset it:
Open the dua.com app and select “Log in.”
Choose “Phone number” as your login method.
Click on “Forgot Password.”
Enter your phone number and click “Continue.”
Set a new password and confirm it.
You’ll receive a 6-digit verification code via SMS.
Enter the verification code in the app and click “Continue.” If you don’t receive the verification code, ensure your phone has a stable network connection.
Your password has now been successfully reset, and you’ll be directed to your account.
Note:
These instructions apply only if you registered using your email address or phone number. If you signed up with Apple, Google, or Facebook, you’ll need to change your password directly through the corresponding provider, not on dua.com.
