If you’ve forgotten your password or want to set a new one, follow these simple steps to reset it:
- Open the dua.com app and select “Log in.”
- Choose “Phone number” as your login method.
- Click on “Forgot Password.”
- Enter your phone number and click “Continue.”
- Set a new password and confirm it.
- You’ll receive a 6-digit verification code via SMS.
- Enter the verification code in the app and click “Continue.”
Your password has now been successfully reset, and you’ll be directed to your account.
Note: If you don’t receive the verification code, ensure your phone has a stable network connection.
