How do I block my contacts on dua.com?

To block contacts and prevent from being seen by someone you know on dua.com, please follow the steps below:

1. Open your profile on dua.com
2. Click on "Settings"
3. Click on "Block Contacts"
4. Allow dua.com to access your contacts
5. Search for the contacts you want to block, and
6. Click on "Block."

If you want to block someone not on your contact list, you can manually add them to your contacts and then block them. To do so, please follow the steps below:

1. Open your profile Settings on dua.com
2. Click on "Block Contacts"
3. Click on the "+" icon on the top right of your screen
4. Then, enter contact info (name and phone number), and click "Block."

Note I: When you block someone, they won't be notified.

Note II: Blocking someone doesn’t necessarily mean they have an account on dua.com.

Note III: Blocking Contacts will not affect your existing matches or messages.

Note IV: You can stop sharing your contacts in your phone settings. If you do not want to give dua.com access to your contacts, you can manually block the contacts you prefer.

Note V: If the contact information you used to block someone doesn’t match the information they used to sign up, we cannot prevent you from seeing each other.
