If you’re seeing this message while trying to subscribe: "Your payment method is not valid at this store. Please add a new payment method." This happens when your credit card’s country does not match your Apple ID's region. Follow these steps to fix it:
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Click on your Apple ID (your name at the top).
- Select "Media & Purchases", then choose "View Account".
- Enter your Apple ID password or use Face ID.
- Select "Country/Region", then tap "Change Country or Region".
- Choose the country where your credit card was issued.
- Click "Agree".
- Under Payment Method, select "None" if you don’t want to add a new one, then update your billing address.
- Click "Next" to save the changes.
If you haven’t added a payment method yet, follow these steps:
- Open Settings again.
- Click on your Apple ID.
- Go to "Payment & Shipping".
- Add your bank details.
- Click "Done."
Once completed, try subscribing again. If the issue persists, restart your device and check if your Apple ID region has been updated correctly.
