If you are trying to subscribe to dua.com Premium and this notification is displayed on your screen—"Your payment method is not valid at this store. Please add a new payment method."—we're here to help you.
Let's add a new payment method and find a new world of convenience! 💸✨
- Go to your phone and open "Settings"
- Tap on your Apple ID — usually it's your name
- Click "Media & Purchases" and then choose "View account"
- Here, you will be required to type your Apple ID password or Face ID
- If you typed your Apple ID password, click "Sign in"
- Go to "Country/Region"
- Click "Change Country or Region"
- Choose the country your Credit Card is from
- Click "Agree" in the top right corner
- "Agree" again on Apple Media Services Terms & Conditions.
At Payment Method, if you don't want to add a new payment method but continue with your actual one, click "None", then fill out your billing address.
Here's what to do next:
- Click "Next"
- Go back to "Settings" again
- Click on "Apple ID"
- Go to "Payment & Shipping"
- Add your bank details
- Click "Done."
Note: We understand that these are a lot of steps, but they are required because the origin of the card you are attempting to pay with and the country of your iOS device must be the same.
