If your Premium package remains inactive despite payment, try Restoring your Premium package.
Here's how you can do it:
- Go to your dua.com profile
- Go to “Settings”
- Click on "Premium Settings"
- Tap "Restore Premium."
Note: If the issue persists, please check if you have multiple accounts. If so, your Premium package may be active on a different account. To resolve this, you must delete all other accounts and keep only one active account on dua.com.
