I am an Android user and can’t get Premium. What should I do?

The Premium subscription is unavailable for Android devices because the Google Play Store does not recognize Kosovo as an official region. The only way to enable the purchase is by using a VPN to change your Play Store location. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Change Your Location with a VPN

1. Download a VPN app (e.g., HMA VPN or NordVPN).
2. Register and sign in to the VPN.
3. Select Albania as your country and connect.

Step 2: Reset Google Play Store

1. Open Settings on your phone.
2. Go to Apps > Google Play Store.
3. Tap Force Stop (bottom right).
4. Tap Storage > Clear Data > Delete.

Step 3: Update Play Store Country

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap your profile icon (top right).
3. Go to Payment & Subscription > Payment Methods.
4. If you don’t have a payment method, add one.
5. Go to Settings > General > Account and Device Preferences.
6. Check if your country is now Albania.

Step 4: Purchase Premium on dua.com

1. Open the dua.com app.
2. Tap Go Premium and follow the payment steps.
