I am an Android user and can’t get Premium. What should I do?

The Premium package is not available for Android devices because the Google Play Store does not yet recognize Kosovo. Using a VPN to change your Play Store location is the only way to make it work.

To accomplish this, follow the guidelines listed below:

1. Download the VPN (e.g. HAM VPN or Nord VPN)
2. Register in VPN
3. Select the country (Albania) and connect. Now that your location has changed
4. Go to "Settings" on your phone
5. Click on "Apps"
6. Select "Google Play Store"
7. Down on the right side, click on "Force Stop"
8. Click on "Storage"
9. Click on "Clear Data" then "Delete."

Now, go back to the Google Play Store and:

1. Tap on your profile icon in the top right corner
2. Tap on "Payment & Subscription," then select "Payment Method"
3. If you don't have a payment method, add one
4. Then go back to Google Play Store "Settings"
5. Click on "General"
6. Click on "Account and device preferences"
7. Check if your country is Albania
8. Then, go to your dua.com account
9. Click "Go Premium" and continue with the payment procedure
