If you created an account with your phone number and deleted it but have changed your mind, don't worry! You can reactivate it if the 30-day period has not finished yet. Here's how to do it:
- Go to the dua.com app
- Tap "Login with Phone Number or Email"
- Type your phone number
- Type your password
- Click "Login," and voila, your profile is reactivated.
If you deleted your account and the 30-day waiting period has passed, there is nothing that we can do about it. Your account was permanently deleted, and you’ll need to create a new one.
