If you created an account using your phone number or email and later deleted it, you can still reactivate it as long as the 30-day period hasn’t expired. Here’s how:
- Open the dua.com app.
- Click on "Log in".
- Enter your phone number or email.
- Enter your password.
- Click on "Log in", and your profile will be reactivated.
Note: If you deleted your account and the 30-day reactivation period has passed, unfortunately, we won’t be able to recover it. Your account has been permanently deleted, and you’ll need to create a new one.
