There are two ways to start a conversation on dua.com:
1. After Matching
To match with someone, both you and the other person need to like each other’s profiles. Once matched, you can start chatting instantly and exchange messages freely.
2. Without Matching (InstaChat)
With the InstaChat feature, you can message users directly, even if you haven’t matched yet.
- As a Freemium user, you have a limited number of InstaChats.
- As a Premium user, you get daily InstaChats.
