What is InstaChat, and how do I use it?

InstaChat is a direct messaging feature that allows you to contact someone without having to match first. If you find a profile you're interested in, you can send an InstaChat right away — so you don’t risk losing the connection.

How to send an InstaChat

1. Open the dua.com app and log in to your profile.
2. Click on the Home icon at the bottom of the screen.
3. When you see someone you like, tap the purple arrow (InstaChat icon) under their profile — it’s the third button from the left.
4. Write your message.
5. Click "Send".

Need more InstaChats? 

If the InstaChats included in your Freemium or Premium plan aren’t enough, you can purchase more anytime. Here’s how to buy them:

Option I: While viewing profiles

1. Click on the purple arrow under a profile you want to message.
2. Choose the InstaChat package that fits your needs.
3. Click on "Buy" and enter your payment information to complete the purchase.

Option II: From your profile

1. Click on the 👤 icon at the bottom of the screen to access your profile.
2. In the center of your profile, tap "InstaChat" (the purple arrow).
3. Select the package that fits your needs.
4. Click on "Buy", then enter your payment details.

Note:

• InstaChat has a strict 72-hour response time policy, which expires if the recipient does not respond.
• You can only send an InstaChat if you’re a verified profile (Verification Badge 2.0).
