How do I sign up for dua.com?

After downloading the dua.com app, you can create an account using one of the available sign-up options.

To sign up:

1. Open the dua.com app

2. Tap "Create account"

3. Choose one of the sign-up methods below

Continue with Apple ID

1. Select "Continue with Apple"

2. Tap "Sign In" and authenticate using Face ID or your device passcode

3. Review the brief introduction to the dua.com community

4. Tap "Find love" to continue creating your profile

Continue with Google

1. Select "Continue with Google"

2. Tap "Continue" to allow dua.com access to your Google account

3. Choose the Google account you want to use

4. Tap "Continue"

5. Review the brief introduction to the dua.com community

6. Tap "Find love" to continue creating your profile

Continue with Facebook

1. Select "Continue with Facebook"

2. Tap "Continue" to allow dua.com access to your Facebook account

3. Log in with your Facebook email and password if prompted

4. Review the brief introduction to the dua.com community

5. Tap "Find love" to continue creating your profile

Important note about existing accounts

dua.com allows only one active account per user. 

If you already have an active account, even if you don’t remember creating it, the app will display only the sign-in method you originally used.

Example:
If you registered with Facebook, only Continue with Facebook will be available.

To create a new account, you must first delete your existing account and then complete the sign-up process again.
