How do I report someone on dua.com?

If you come across an inappropriate profile, you can report it in three ways:

Reporting from Cards:

1. Open the profile you want to report.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the profile.

3. Click on “Report.”

4. Select the reason for your report.

5. If your reason isn’t listed, choose “Other” and provide additional details.

6. Click “Submit” to complete the report.

Reporting from Matches:

1. Go to your profile and tap the chat icon.

2. Open the Matches tab.

3. Select the profile you want to report.

4. Click on the three dots in the top-right corner.

5. Click on "Report."

6. Choose a reason for your report.

7. If your reason isn’t listed, select "Other" and add details.

8. Click "Submit" to complete the report.

Reporting from the "Liked You" Section:

1. Go to your Profile and click on the heart icon.

2. Select the profile you want to report.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the profile.

4. Click on “Report.”

5. Choose the reason for your report.

6. If your reason isn’t listed, select “Other” and add details.

7. Tap “Submit” to complete the report.

Note: 

• Reporting a profile is permanent, and you cannot undo the action later.

• Once you report someone, their profile will disappear from your cards and matches.
