How can I Report/Block someone?

You can report a profile that does not seem appropriate on dua.com, either during the slide process or after you have matched.

To report a profile, follow the instructions below:

1. Click on the name of the person you want to report
2. Click on the three dots you see on the right side of the screen
3. Tap "Report"
4. After clicking "Report", you will see a list of options for why you are reporting that profile
5. Chose your reason (e.g., fake profile / fake photo)
6. Select "Other" if your reason is not listed, and provide us with a more detailed explanation.
7. Finally, click "Submit."

After you report someone, the profile disappears and won't show up on your cards again.

Every report that users submit is carefully examined by our Support Team. All of your reports help to keep the community safe.

To block a profile, follow the instructions below:

1. Click on the name of the person you want to block
2. Tap on the three dots you see in the right corner of the screen
3. Click "Block."
