dua.com has firmly established clear guidelines for creating profiles on its platform to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience. If you fail to comply with these rules, your account will be permanently banned, and you won’t be able to create a new one.
Your profile will be banned if you:
- 1. Violate our Terms & Conditions
- 2. Receive multiple Reports
- 3. Create too many accounts.
When your dua.com account is banned, you will receive an immediate notification of the action. If you believe your account was banned by mistake, please follow the steps below to request to unblock your account:
- 1. Open your dua.com account
- 2. Click "Submit a Ticket"
- 3. Your Account & Device ID will be attached automatically
- 4. Make sure not to delete it. (We need to unban your account using them.)
- 5. Provide the reason why you believe we mistakenly blocked your account.
- 6. Enter our email address, support@dua.com
- 7. Click on "Send."
Once you submit your request, our support team will reply as soon as possible.
Note: Removing your account from the banned list means you can create a new one now, but it doesn't mean you can reactivate your old one.
