How can I reactivate my account with the phone number at Dua?

If you created an account with your phone number and deleted it but have changed your mind, don't worry! You can reactivate it if the 30-day period has not finished yet. Here's how to do it:

1. Go to the Dua app

2. Tap "Login with Phone Number or Email"

3. Type your phone number

4. Type your password

5. Click "Login," and voila, your profile is reactivated.

If you deleted your account and the 30-day waiting period has passed, there is nothing that we can do about it. Your account was permanently deleted, and you’ll need to create a new one.
