How can I request my data?
To download your data, follow the instructions below:
- Open your Dua profile,
- Go to “Settings”,
- Click on “Account Settings”
- Scroll down and click on “Download Data.”
- Click “Download my data."
- Click “Request data.”
Note: Be aware that you should not share your data with others.
