I paid for Premium, but it is not working. What can I do?
If your Premium package is still inactive after purchase, try "Restore Premium."
To restore your Premium, follow these steps:
1. Go to your Dua profile
2. Go to "Settings"
3. Click on "Premium Settings"
4. Tap "Restore Premium."
Note: Verify whether you are using multiple accounts. If so, your Premium package might be active in one of your accounts.
