How to report a bug?

Reporting bugs assists the development team in identifying and resolving issues that may interfere with a smooth user experience.

The only way to report a bug you find on the Dua app is to email support@dua.com.

Attached, please send us the following:

1. A detailed description of your problem

2. A screenshot/s

3. A video recording.

The support team will immediately notify the technical team, and they will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
