Why did my match/message disappear?

If you're struggling to find a match or a conversation, these are the possible scenarios:

• Your match deactivated their account,
• Your match unmatched you, or
• Your match reported you.

Each of the above actions results in deleting the chat or match for both parties.

This action is not reversible.
