How to delete my account on Dua?

We’re sorry that you want to leave Dua. If you’ve made up your mind to permanently delete your Dua profile, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to your Dua profile

2. Click on "Settings"

3. Click on "Account Settings"

4. Go to "Delete Account"

5. Click on "Delete my account"

6. Click "Delete my account permanently"

7. Type "DELETE" in the given space

8. Choose the reason why you're deleting your Dua profile

9. Click "Continue."

Note: You will have a 30-day waiting period for the deletion of your profile. After this period, you won't be able to access your account. Your profile data will be permanently deleted.

Should you decide to try our app again, you're always welcome back on Dua!

However, remember that all your previous matches and conversations will be deleted as well if you don't return before the 30-day period has passed.
