How do I make a call/video call?

Before starting a call or video call, ensure that the following criteria are met:

1. You must be matched with the person you want to call/video call.

2. Both you and your match must have verified profiles, i.e., be equipped with badge 2.0.

3. You and your match must enable call/video call permissions.

How to enable call/video call permissions?

1. Click the call/video call icon

2. Click "Allow phone & video calls"

3. Tap "OK" to give Dua access to your phone's microphone and camera.

You can now make a call or video call by clicking on their icons. The other person will be notified of your incoming call/video call, which they can accept or decline.
