How do I make a call/video call?

Before starting a call/video call, ensure that the required criteria are met:

You must be matched with the person you want to call/video call.
Your profiles must be verified, i.e. equipped with badge 2.0.
You and your match must enable call/video call permissions.

How to enable call/video call permissions?

Click the call/video call icon,
Click "Allow phone & video calls."
Click "OK" to allow dua.com access to your phone's microphone and camera.

Now, you can make the call/video call by clicking on their icons. The other person will be notified of your incoming call/video call, and they may accept or decline.
